San Martino 400 G

Very dry and hard cookies, flavored with fennel or anise seeds, often enjoyed with sweet dessert wine or muscat. Traditional Sicilian cookie eaten on November 11th during the feast of San Martino.

WHEAT FLOUR 00, vegetable oils and fats (80%) partially hydrogenated (PALM), oils (SOY, sunflower, rapeseed and corn in variable proportions), emulsifiers (E471, E322, SOY LECITHIN), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (E202), colorants (E160B, E100), granulated sugar, anise seeds, salt, brewer’s yeast, water, flavorings: cinnamon and cloves.
