The D’Alia bakery s.n.c. is an artisan company, specialized in the production of typical biscuits from the land of Sicily.
Present in large-scale retail and on the Sicilian market for about 50 years, our product has established itself above all for its quality, genuineness and goodness and, although the use of modern machinery is planned during the processing phases, the owners of BISCOTTIFICIO D’ALIA do not limit themselves to technological miracles, the final touch is in fact entrusted to the expert hands of attentive and skilled master craftsmen.
