Refund and Return Policy

According to Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 calendar days, without providing explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, customers must send a communication to Biscottificio D’Alia within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This communication must be sent by registered mail with return receipt, addressed to:

Alternatively, by telegram sent within the same 14 calendar day period and followed by confirmation via registered mail with return receipt.
Or by email sent from the customer’s account address to Biscottificio D’Alia’s customer service email address: info@biscottificiodalia.it. Once we receive the withdrawal notice, biscottificiodalia.it’s Customer Service will provide instructions on how to return the goods, which must arrive at our warehouses within 14 days of authorization.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
1. The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
2. Shipping, until proof of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
3. Biscottificio D’Alia is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
4. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Biscottificio D’Alia will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their warehouses), to allow them to file a complaint against their chosen courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return while simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
Biscottificio D’Alia will refund the customer the amount of the product already paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the return of the goods, through reversal of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the customer must provide the bank details for obtaining the refund (IBAN Code of the Current Account of the invoice holder).

The right of withdrawal is completely void, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Biscottificio D’Alia finds:
a. The absence of external packaging and/or the wrapper containing the purchased product.
b. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.


To obtain a replacement Product, follow the procedure indicated below.
Customers who are not fully satisfied must keep all documentation related to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact Biscottificio D’Alia by email at the following address: info@biscottificiodalia.it.
The Product to be replaced must be sent, in normal condition, to the following address:

The fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.
Shipping costs related to the return of the Product are the responsibility of the Customer.
The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.
