Typical Sicilian biscuits, prepared during Lent with only almonds, sugar, and egg whites. Similar to cantucci, they are often enjoyed as an accompaniment to dessert wines.

Ingredients

WHEAT FLOUR TYPE 00, granulated sugar, palm and SOY vegetable oils, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavorings, coloring (carotene), apricot puree, EGGS, MILK, ALMONDS 20%, ammonium bicarbonate, cocoa, flavoring: cinnamon and vanilla.
